Dublin Woodcraft Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in Dublin Woodcraft’s art and crafts! These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through our online store.

Returns & Refunds

• We offer returns and refunds only for damaged items.
• To qualify for a return, you must notify Dublin Woodcraft of the damage within 2 business days of delivery.
• Please include clear photos of the damage in your notification.
• We will arrange for a return shipment at our expense for damaged items.
• We cannot accept returns for undamaged items.

Payments

• For consignment projects, a 50% down payment is required before we begin work. The remaining balance will be due upon completion.

• Bargain Barn:  For any disputes regarding Bargain Barn items, please contact Dublin Woodcraft directly. We will work with you to resolve any issues issue.

Liability

• Our liability for any product is limited to the cost of the product itself.

• We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
• By placing an order with Dublin Woodcraft, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
