This Black Cherry bowl is from a single piece of wood. The black beveled lines in the side of the bowl were created by first cutting a small bevel then burning the wood with wire, adding a nice feature. You will note a small insect hole in the side of the bowl, likely from a carpenter ant. This piece is finished in a blend of linseed oil and beeswax. Measures 6 1/2 inches diameter by 2 3/4 inches tall.
